Zechariah. 9-11

While those who look so strong, will on this day be proved all wrong.

When see our King will come, on a donkey astounding everyone.

As we are filled with elation , now know of our salvation.

No longer at war but at peace. From bondage Jesus does release.

Prisoners still will have hope. In their struggles they will cope.

Shed blood will win the fight, all restored to our delight.

Leaders will rise with false dreams, deceiving many by these means.

But on the Lord we depend alone. Through him the love of God is known.

Victory will then be mine, everything will turn out fine.

The world watches enviously, as the freedom they see in me.

So many are filled with remorse, as life starts getting so much worse.

Like foolish sheep destined to die. Jesus they refused and did deny.

Thirty pieces of silver, given false potter to deliver.

What sorrow awaits all those, who God’s will now do oppose.

Mark. 14:32-42

As we we go to Gethsemane, the Lord said sit here and you will see.

Feeling crushed he will pray, my Father please take all this away.

But suffering I have to do , when I’m following you.

I know all is in you power, my spirit strong my flesh does cower.

Exhausted we go to sleep, when a watch should now keep.

In prayer for the next day, when wickedness on full display.

Ps. 3

Lord how strong is my enemy , life seems filled with adversity.

But you Lord are my shield, when l go onto the battlefield.

When l cry out to the Lord today. I can lay down and sleep my worries away.

Now not afraid of anything. Praises to the Lord my King.

Prov. 24:23-25

Honesty is the best way, in everything you do today.
