Ezekiel. 5-9

What disaster I see, in front of me,

What disgrace to behold . What detestable things I’m told.

The people of God do. They think hidden from Gods view.

Judgement will come. Disgrace for everyone.

Who has turned from Lords way. It is now fully on display.

But the Lord will see a few, who feel just like you.

Mark them today, for they will be okay.

But even worse , Gods house is under a curse.

For in the inner place, my sanctuary they disgrace.

They think they are free, but they are far from me.

Mth 15:15-28

We may see the outside surface, but it is the heart that reveals our true purpose.

Evil thoughts, murder, adultery. Theft, slander, lying, immorality. .

But then comes to Jesus, pleading please come free us.

Though I know I’m outside, the people for who you died.

But even for me, for I so desperately.

Need the crumbs, that fall off the table of the favoured ones.

Jesus replied, even for you, I have died.

Go on your way. Faith has healed you today.

Ps. 124.

What if the Lord had not been on our side, when him our troubles we did confide.

The whole world would have overcome, me and everyone.

But he has from trap released me, so now I am at last free.

Prov. 14:21-24

What your heart things to do, defines what really is you.

Ezekiel. 1-4

The Lord comes in amazing ways, so alone you listen to what he says.

For in sadness you have seen, what children of God could have been.

What disaster to behold, in my vision I am told.

Terrible what I do see, as Gods people are in captivity.

As watchman what you are to do, Tell the people what God tells you.

Some will listen and some will not, And you will be hurting quite a lot.

But you must digest what you have heard. Sweet as honey was Gods word.

Though Lord showed me they rebel, he brought me to this place so that l might tell.

Uncomfortable as it may seem, you must display what it does mean.

What l now ask you to do, would have once, horrified you.

Mth. 15:1-14

Then some came to accuse , to express their own world views.

But under scrutiny all that they say, proves Gods word they won’t obey.

Offended they may be, for they are blind to the word from me.

Ps. 4

Answer me Lord when l call you. For l am innocent in what l do.

How long will people see , that you have devastated me.

But I must now show everyone, I am Gods favourite one.

Though many things used to annoy. Now I know Gods peace and joy.

Prov. 14:17-20

Some come to know it all. Others forever remain a fool.

Amos 6-9

What sorrow awaits you, because of what you do.

Constantly I see, your slackness in serving me.

You cry out for more, but you have no idea what’s behind that door.

What you run from now, is nothing to what I will allow.

For everybody does know, your hard work is just for show.

Instead of worldly success, I want you to strive for righteousness.

The days are about to come, when the enemies you fear have won.

Everything will be stripped away, on that judgment day.

I see a fire, that will be a purifier

A plumb line, showing out of line.

All will see, you are not really, following me.

Yet still some the message ignore, pushing the messenger out the door.

Nothing that comes into view, is good about what you do.

You are nothing better than the world you live in, despite being Gods children

But even then I will come to restore, a remnant will glorify God once more.

For the time is coming again, where you will see great blessing not pain.

Never again to fall, or to lose it all.

Mth. 14:22-36

After having a great day, Jesus sent them us on our way.

Seemed so great to me, But a storm rose up in my sea.

Then Jesus l saw, coming , against all natural law.

I called can I come join you, then the storm came into view.

Jesus reached out, for he saw my doubt.

Then the storm subsided as in him my faith abided.

Amazed to see, his power to overcome the storm at sea.

Then to then arrive, where others also would derive.

Healing from him, from the troubles they were in

Ps. 121

I look up to the mountain to see the Lord is here, therefore l have nothing to fear.

As l answer his call, l will not stumble or fall.

The Lord watches over your life. Keeps you safe from all strife.

Prov. 14:13-16

Be cautious and careful, not fearful. For the Lord leads you, in all that you do.

Amos. 1-5:17

Severe consequences will come upon, those who continually to do wrong.

Amos cannot emphasise enough, how life will become real tough.

For all those who disobey, what Gods word does say.

Go along to church in style, yet in deep in sin all the while.

You cannot deny, that this is why.

Nothing you do, will satisfy you.

You never seem to learn, so that you may return.

To the Lord and repent, and live in accord with the word he sent.

Although there is much doubt , whether you can turn your life about.

Perhaps even yet, if I cry to the Lord I will get.

Deliverance though l know. I deserve all this woe.

Mth. 14:13-21

Jesus and I go to a desert place, where we can have some just together space.

Soon other people come, for they know he can heal everyone.

Then we realise, it has been not very wise.

For we have nothing to eat , so far off the beat.

But the Lord says never fear, for all the people are under our care.

Just go out and feed , give them what they need.

What a stupid suggestion, but on reflection.

We do have two fish and some bread. Jesus then five thousand fed!

No mater how impossible it may seem, this is what faith in Jesus does mean

Ps. 117

Praise the Lord who we seek, his love supplies when we feel weak.

His faithfulness last forever, his love he will never severe.

Prov 14:9-12

Fools make fun of all our guilt. But it is the foundation on which relation with God is built.

Mth 5:3

When you realise your serious need, God is able then to lead.

2Sam. 7:18-29

Lord there seems no way, you could care for a man like me today.

Yet I have so often seen, Your blessing where I have been.

Amazing it is to see, how you would love little old me.

What more can l say, your promises l read everyday.

For you led me from slavery, to freedom from the tyranny.

Of this world’s false desire, pulled me from the mire.

That l could forever be, with you eternally.

Ps. 40:17.

Lord since I’m so needy and poor, come in, l hear you knocking at my door.

Lam. 3-5

About our troubles we complain. But it is our failures that explain.

The situation we are now in. Where we never seem to win.

What a disaster it seems, but we know what it means.

Those who we all used to admire. Now my destruction they desire.

Oh woeful me, Jesus come set me free.

For I am to blame, Have brought disgrace to your name.

Our nation in disarray, from God have turned away.

Lord please don’t ignore, my hopes come now to restore.

Mth. 14:1-12

Just when see Jesus start to win, reminded of the trouble we are in.

For evil men who rule, will do anything to be seen cool.

Can turn against us, and throw us under the bus.

Because of what we say, in speaking evil of the day.

We can only mourn, as our hope dies we are left forlorn.

Ps. 82

Gods righteousness rules, the opposition just proven fools.

For at the very core, Gods perfect love blesses the poor.

The contrast so stark. The foolish wander in the dark.

Proud of what they do, but God the whole earth belongs to you.

Prov. 14:5-8

When you hear what others say. Be careful what you believe today.

Lamentations. 1-3

What sadness there is , when Gods purpose we miss.

When we do our own thing, disasters it does bring.

Every thing we fear, seems right around us here.

That the Lord has left you, because of the things that you do.

I feel all forlorn, I cry as I mourn.

All that I have lost, what it has cost.

Seems hopeless to me, from all that I do see.

My enemies do mock, My beliefs in the dock.

I cry out to the Lord, seems my troubles you have ignored.

Darkness covers the light, daylight turns to night.

No longer am l free, seems as though the Lord has left me.

My hope and strength all gone. For the Lords presence l long.

Yet even now I can cope, as in the Lord I put my hope.

For l know God is good, to those who understood.

To wait quietly for him, who they have deep faith in.

Great is his faithfulness, new every morning his goodness.

His love to us reach. When his discipline does teach.

Yet we are never, are abandoned forever.

Who are we to complain, when our sins so obviously stain.

All that we do, even while we believe in you.

What our destiny will be, when he judges me.

Mth. 13:47-58

Like the fisherman’s catch. Separation from God will match.

Each should understand , what living for the Lord demands.

When Jesus comes home to me, it is hard to understand how extraordinary.

His power amongst us is, with familiarity we miss.

The power in his name, and stay just the same.

Ps. 113

I praise the Lord when I see, all that he does for me.

His glory reaches above heaven, this is the God I believe in.

He looks down never to ignore, the hurting and the poor.

Amazing what l will see , as the Lord blesses me. .

Prov. 14:1-4

It is only with determined effort. We overcome what seems defeat.

Gal 4-6

We have left religious law behind, as we set out to find,

Freedom for you and me, for this freedom Christ set us free.

It can take us awhile to learn, the old laws are of no concern.

As we are born into, a family that is new to you

Now we are controlled by. The Lord Jesus who chose to die.

For with this in view, we must purify our lives too.

By dying to those things, separation from man and God brings.

Now to live by the Spirits power. As you live hour by hour.

Purified in thought and deed, now to look to others need.

The reward you on earth get, Depends on commands of God you have met.

Not I who are strong or brave, but by the Power that Christ gave.

Mth. 13:36-46

The weeds that now sprout, will one day be thrown out.

Though now they may annoy. The day will come when God will destroy.

So whatever you do, seek those riches that are important for you.

Ps. 108.

My heart remains confident in you, Lord you have power to wake anew.

With power and love, that can only come from above.

Giving triumph over all, the things that made me fall.

Prov. 13:24-25

The discipline of God. Doesn’t spare the rod.

Galations. 1-3

Paul adamantly does say, Christ is the one and only way.

You must come to God the Father, though some would much rather.

You be obedient to them, and follow the rules of men.

But the story of Abraham makes clear, it is only by faith God can come near.

For the law has been tried and failed. Christ on the cross our sin nailed.

So don’t you now be a dope, and put your salvation in another hope.

For it is in Christ alone, as you have always known.

He is the one and only way, as the scriptures constantly do say.

Math. 13:24-35

Jesus uses parables, to illustrate to us fools.

His kingdom like a farmer whose seeds, were contaminated with weeds.

Like a mustard seed so small, that grows so big and tall.

Like the little bit of yeast, that the whole loaf permeates.

For God does always overcome. His view the longterm victory to be won.

Ps. 101

Lord I will always be careful. To be around those who are fearful.

Of Gods holiness. And keep away from this world’s mess.

Prov. 13:20-23

Walk always with the wise, for their good and sound advise.

Judges. 19-21

What a disastrous thing, happens when there is no king.

Unbelievable abuse, some people choose.

A disgrace to the nations, and their close relations.

So then go off to fight, the evil in the worlds sight.

Death is all around, for the sin that was found.

Then realised we could then all lose, that we now had to choose.

To do what we could, Even though that would .

Hurt for this day , For God to have his way.

Mth 13:10-23

We ask why are told, parables and those stories of old.

So those who believe , can understanding and receive.

Gods word for today, and not be led away.

Though hard to be found. On hard and thorny ground.

But Christ has given me, eyes that can see. Fruitful my family tree

While those who refuse. Gods good news.

Will not hear, for they don’t care.

Ps. 128

How joyful in the Lord you will be. When fruit of your labour you see.

Wherever you live, you will see the Lord give.

God will always bless, those who to him say yes.

Prov. 13:17-19

If ignore criticism due, your spirit God can’t renew.
