Heb. 11:4-12:3. 1Chron. 17:1-20. Ps. 18:20-29
By faith Abel had brought , what God taught.
By faith Enoch knew, his time on earth was due.
Noah by faith a boat built , to escape this land of guilt.
By faith Abraham obeyed, learning not to be afraid.
Knowing he will not miss, the destination of promise.
Old Sarah had a child, the world look on and smiled
Yet her faith was amazingly, the birth of Gods family.
All these people died , while often men would deride.
Kill and abuse, refusing to hear the good news.
For God loves them, before all other men.
By faith Abraham did offer up his son, just when he thought he had won.
For by faith saints of old, did what they were told.
Refusing to live a life, that would keep them out of strife.
I could go on and on, how by faith Gods blessing comes upon.
Those who by faith obey, what the word of Gods does say.
Through troubles felt fine, saying this cross is mine.
For by faith knew what it did mean. Though presently not seen.
So keep your eyes on Jesus , by faith we know he will please us.
Lord how l would now bless you, by building something completely new.
But God says you’re just fine. the new building is mine.
Relax God will amaze, what he will fulfil in coming days.
Lord there is no one like you, amazing what you now can do.
The Lord rewarded me for doing right. Wanting to do good in Gods sight.
In faith integrity, purity, can all be seen in me.
By faith l can climb the wall , and fulfil my life long call.
