1 Sam. 4-7

If we go out to fight.

Yet not right in Gods sight.

The enemy will then defeat.

Religion your need won’t meet.

Though you put on a display.

Will be filled with dismay.

As the Lord will make you see.

From his judgment are not free.

Then Gods Spirit will be returned.

To where it once was spurned.

To heal the village people.

Though so weak and feeble.

So again they would obey him.

Who they now put their faith in.

Then be leads them into war.

Gods kingdom to restore.

Mth. 26:30-46

When seems Lord is right here.

That we have nothing to fear.

It the very time.

God asks are you really mine.

Know that the flesh is weak.

Though in spirit God seek.

Hear what God does say.

Pray that you don’t fall away

When facing what seems defeat.

Gods purpose you will see meet

Ps. 52

The enemy of my soul.

Is trying to dig a hole.

For me to fall in.

He thinks he will win.

But l trust in my God.

To overcome the evil sod.

My heart is full of praise.

Prov. 21:17

If you only seek a good time.

Lord says you are not mine.

Sept. 17

1Sam 1-3

As you cry out to the Lord.

While always living in accord.

To what he tells you.

He will bless all you do.

But if your life style.

Gods temple does defile.

You will know why.

Your purpose in God will die.

If listen and answer to the call.

While others in disgrace fall.

You will be seen as pure.

Gods with you, you can be sure.

Will bring honour to you.

As you serve him as you do.

Mth. 26:17-29

When Lord says to go.

Obey so that you may know.

He will always enable.

So can gather at his table.

To remember his sacrifice.

Thats all that does suffice.

Ps. 34

When I’m treated disgracefully.

That others would scorn me.

I saw the Lord is good.

When l before him stood.

There is now no doubt.

He hears when l cry out.

Heals my broken heart.

Enables to make a new start.

My life he will mend.

No longer condemned.

Prov. 21:14-16

If in secret you do give.

It allows others to live.

Mth 26:1-16

Only Jesus really knows.

Our upcoming woes.

That we all have to face.

Whatever we think the case.

Even as see as some do.

As if they always knew.

And some misiunderstand.

The future God has planed.

While some refuse to believe.

In darkness they deceive.

Ps. 39.

I feel so distraught.

Life’s hopes became fraught.

As nearing to the end.

Only in Christ can l depend.

To reveal what l don’t know.

When I have to go.

As l struggle to cope.

You are my only hope.

It’s you only who cares.

Who answers all my fears.

I believe what I’ve been told.

Though grow frail and so old.

Prov. 21:9-13

Always must remember.

Others will dismember.

What God says.

In these last days.

Sept 15.

Mth. Mth 25:25-46

When hearing of the poor.

It is far too easy to ignore.

And not be aware.

That God does care.

For he always does see

And expects that of me.

I cannot be with him.

If compassion is not within.

In all that I do.

God insists that of you.

Ps. 3

When everything is against.

My troubles seem immense.

Others are full of doubt.

Ask what l am about.

When nothing I can afford.

I call out to the Lord.

It is then l can say.

He delivers again this day.

No longer do l have fear.

I know the Lord does care.

Prov. 21:4-8

When God does not abide in you.

You’re a failure in what you do.

Sept. 14. Sunday

Gen. 24:1-51 {team work)

Faithfulness will always lead.

God to fulfil your every need.

As you do what God does say.

Then go off and obey.

The request of Gods Son.

To the amazement of everyone.

What you ask for God will give.

To take back to where you live.

In worship you fulfil your task.

God gives everything you ask.

2 Cor. 6:14-7:1

Determined to be found.

In the journey I’m bound.

To have good company.

That together we will see.

All God will give.

As we as one live.

Sept. 12

2 Cor. 11:16-13:14

Even as experience bad stuff.

It would never be enough.

No matter how much strife.

I’ll still serve God all my life.

Even if I am brought real low.

That others might come to know.

Though seen as foolish and weak.

In Gods strength your good I seek.

Though l could even boast.

That I have seen more than most.

That l might not be conceited.

A thorn makes me seem defeated.

But I know that he.

Is always with me.

I know who to whom I belong.

It is him who makes me strong.

That you also can believe.

Gods grace can receive.

As I tried with all my might.

To do good in your sight.

You loved me for you knew.

I would do my utmost for you.

Always humble and meek

Your salvation alone I did seek.

God has used me in this.

That you would never miss.

That new life comes from him.

Who l alone place my faith in.

So that whatever you do face.

You will see his amazing grace.

Mth. 25:31-40

There is the sheep and the goat.

Separated by this vast moat.

In a castle will be those.

Who never did suppose.

Never having served their Lord.

With bravery or a sword.

For God did only recognise.

What they now came to realise.

When they gave to the poor.

Is what he really saw.

He says you blessed him.

So now you’re invited in.

Ps. 19

How amazing it is to be.

In the world where I do see.

The power of all creation.

And that l might be in relation.

To him who made it all.

Makes me feel so small.

Brings joy to the heart.

As bible tells me I’m a part.

Of this amazing story.

And now to see his glory.

Prov. 21:3

Do right and what is just.

Before sacrifice is a must!

Sept 12

2 Cor. 9-11:15. (focus)

As we give and say yes.

We will see the Lord bless.

In every way.

In every day.

Reveals our thanks to him.

Who our riches are in.

For though I may feel weak.

My power is at its peak.

When l acknowledge just who.

Life’s riches come through.

Not being ashamed of it.

Or proud even one bit.

That you might also be.

Faithful and come to see.

In everything he would.

Do for you what is good.

Though others go so low.

As to say that’s not really so.

Mth. 25:22-30

As we live on earth.

Do we multiply with new birth.

Or play the safety game.

Scared to call on his name.

That riches come about.

The world will have no doubt.

Will my life good things display.

Or be worthless in every way.

Ps. 24

Glory and power is his.

So obvious l cannot miss.

That all creation portrays.

Why l worship all my days.

As l come into him.

Through the gate wide open.

Such a wonderful story.

To come to the king of glory.

Prov. 21:1-2

You may think your ways are right.

But only if they’re in God sight.

Sept 11

2 Cor. 5-8. (witness)

In this life of mine.

The Holy Spirit should shine.

For it shows to everyone.

The life that is to come.

And how we live today.

The Lord will judge one day.

To fear him alone.

Will make the Lord known.

No matter what the fuss.

Remember the Lord died for us.

That we do what is right.

In the whole worlds sight.

Reconciled to our Lord.

His sacrifice not ignored.

Hardship there has been.

But l live with this dream.

That l can always insure.

My life is good and pure.

That l can take my part.

And be one with him at heart.

So that everything l give.

That brothers in Christ may live.

To give a good report.

As see Gods support.

Mth. 25:14-21

How you use the gifts Gods given.

Will be your reward in heaven.

Ps. 78:65-72

The Lord then came again.

Took away all sins stain.

So to make us his.

That we would never miss.

With integrity of heart.

We could now be a part.

All now can see.

God is within me.

Prov. 20:26-30

Who we at heart are.

Reveals if we are a star.

Sept 10

2 Cor. 1-4 (decisions)

How good it is to know.

When facing our foe.

We can support you too.

For we also knew.

Troubles in this life.

Recovery from our strife.

On our journey taken.

Never were forsaken.

Despite trouble received.

Never to be grieved.

Our confidence is in.

Christ who favours him.

Who gives his all.

Answers to Gods call.

Daily being transformed.

No longer to world conformed.

For now I do see.

Christ is for me.

Though a vessel of clay.

Sometimes in disarray.

On him of learnt to lean.

Though seemingly unseen.

Mth. 25:1-13

As we wait and wait.

Sleepiness is our fate.

Are we then prepared.

Or have not really cared

Because have fallen asleep.

Our responsibly cannot keep.

Then to late to enter in.

The feast that’s held within.

Heavens closed the door.

That was open just before.

Ps. 78:56-64.

Because they didn’t follow.

Life ended up so hollow.

Lost all they had.

Life ended so sad.

Prov. 20:25

Careful where you go.

Can lead to so much woe.

Sept 9

Eze. 46-48 ( destiny)

The Lord has designed.

For men of different kind.

To come unto him.

That he may live within

Into temple through each gate.

That we can then partake.

Give honour that’s due.

Our allegiance renew.

To see trickle flow out.

Now see what God is about.

Becomes a river that feeds.

To meet all our needs.

For all of us to share.

Knowing Lord is right here.

Mth. 25:36-51

This day will one day come.

To the surprise of everyone.

When all will come to know.

From the highest to the low.

Who the redeemed are.

Taken away to afar.

In the twinkle of an eye.

Some will wonder why.

As they look from below.

The Lords people will know.

Who lived life in accord.

The will of the Lord.

Ps. 78:40-56

Despite who we are.

God is not far.

To rescue and save.

Despite how we behave.

Amazing to see.

His promise for me.

Into a new land.

Where at last I can stand.

Prov. 20:22-34

Despite what others see.

I know the Lord directs me.
