Rev. 1-4

A revelation from Jesus.

Especial for the churches.

Amazing his glory.

As he tells me the story.

With the Lord, John consults

Reveals our success and our faults

Of the strength even of the weak.

As his purpose we seek.

Yet some don’t love as once did.

Knowing what his word did forbid.

With people who deceive.

Jezebel had come to believe

Yet even then he can tell.

Some among you do well.

Yet neither cold or hot.

Is where you have got.

Our God is so holy.

My life full of folley

Yet he says come up here

You are worthy have no fear.

Lk. 17:1-19

You will be tempted still

To go against Gods will

The Lord through this has meant.

For you to come and repent.

As even in this life live.

Trust him and always forgive.

For in all that you do.

He will always love you.

Have total faith in Jesus.

So don’t let fear seize us.

So your faith can others renew.

As you are a servant too.

Then he will reveal.

How he will heal.

But not all of us.

Want to thank and cause a fuss.

Ps. 26

Lord declare me innocent

Despite where l went.

For you put me on trial.

While I served you all the while.

Refusing to stand with those.

Who your will do oppose.

I love your sanctuary Lord.

Where you can be adored.

Redeem me l pray.

As on solid ground l stay.

Prov. 7:26-27

You have always known.

The evil the world has shown.

2Kings. 21-23

When Gods people deliberately sin.

Then seek other Gods trying to win.

Favour in heaven for what they do

Totally detestable in our Gods view.

Killing those that are vulnerable.

Gods word shows how disgraceful

The chosen people have become.

But then comes a faithful one.

Who seeks to change all that.

Cleanses where we were at.

But though he followed the law

Could not their history ignore.

For knew the word did tell.

The people again would rebel.

Lord of heaven and earth annoyed.

The world will be, finally destroyed.

Lk. 16:1-18

When I hear God has rejected

Even though I feel dejected.

The only thing I know I can do.

Is seek those who are humbled too.

For forgiven they become like me.

Then the master of all sets free.

But it must still always be seen.

What the laws of God really mean.

Ps. 135

I praise the Lords name.

With those who do the same.

For Lord is seen to be good.

He cares for my neighbourhood

Has such compassion on me.

Has released me from captivity.

For in Gods grace l depend.

Knowing he is here to defend.

Praise the Lord who l have faith in.

In this new journey I now begin.

If the world can seduce.

Then you will be of no use.

2Kings 18-20

So often it does seem.

The God in whom we lean

Who we have always depended on.

Yet the enemy says he has won

All the battles he has faced.

And he will easily destroy you.

You are weak and so few.

But The Lord then will say.

Because you pleaded with me today

I will defeat the enemy.

Destroying them absolutely.

Then you were told you would die.

And before the Lord did cry.

Pleading you now asked why.

Father is it possible for you to give.

Fifteen more years for me to live.

He agreed and I felt good.

Delighted as anyone would.

Proudly telling all men.

That pride the Lord did condemn.

Lk. 15:11-22

So often we are full of greed.

Want more than our presentt need.

Squander all the Lord did give.

In the way we decided to live.

But when we saw our great need

That the Lord alone could us feed

We returned humbly to him.

Who our only hope was in.

Amazing he then did restore.

Just like it was before.

Much to my brothers disgust.

Who could only see my past lust.

Ps. 27

Jesus gave salvation all my life.

He has delivered me from strife.

So why should I now feel sorry.

Despairing and full of worry.

When world seems to devour me.

For Jesus has set me free.

To live in the house of the Lord.

Where he cannot be ignored.

To be in his sanctuary

When I feel tired and weary.

Though I may now seem stationary.

I wait for the Lord patiently

Prov. 7:10-20

Don’t ever be deceived.

By those who have never believed.

March 10

When Gods people do evil.

They become feeble.

Then worship other gods.

That are all at odds.

With law God had told.

Brings the enemy into their fold.

So then came that day.

When the enemy took them away.

From Gods special space

To a far and distant place

But then came Hezekiah.

Realised the need was dire.

Turned to the Lord.

Who he worshiped and adored.

Victory became his.

He was victorious.

But realised his lack

When the enemy did attack.

Lk. 15:1-10

Even sinners come to him.

Who they believe in.

While the self-righteous say.

There is absolutely no way.

That l have the right

To be in Gods sight.

Jesus said this is not true.

When sinners just like you.

Come follow in my way.

There’s rejoicing in heaven today.

Just like when the coin is lost.

No matter the time or cost.

What fills your mind.

You must seek out and find.

What is valuable to you.

Your old faith then renew.

Ps. 112

How blessed are those.

Who God has chose.

Confidently I see.

God has blessed me.

Remembered forever now

Before God and bow.

Darkness overcome in the light.

Not acceptable in others sight.

Prov. 7-6

What seems alright to do.

Can be dangerous to you.

2Kings 13-15

As look back on kings of history.

It really is a profound mystery.

That Gods word survived at all.

As they rebelled against his call.

It is a lesson for me.

That even though seemingly.

The world is led by those.

Who in many ways oppose.

And do not live in accord.

With the word of the Lord.

God is still with me.

He controls my destiny.

Unbelievably.

I am free.

Lk. 14:25-35

Before you start, count the cost.

Otherwise you will be lost.

For to live in accord

With the will of the Lord.

Means to always have a thirst.

To put him absolutely first.

Ps. 106. :24-28

We see it all again.

We are rebellious in the main.

Though seem God to follow

Our faith in hard times is hollow.

Yet despite all that I do.

I plead and call to you.

Come Lord, come set me free.

For I praise and worship thee.

And thank your holy name.

Which heals the weak and lame.

Prov. 7:3-5

Be very deliberate.

Amongst who you sit.

2Kings 10:12

When good men get annoyed

For Gods purposes being destroyed

Flouting the will of the Lord.

And do not live in accord.

To what God expects.

It has devastating effects.

For there is no doubt.

They will be found out.

Then those who have no right.

In God or the people’s sight.

Destroy all that is then good.

In the local neighbourhood.

A small remnant remain

So that one day they reclaim

Their right to the throne.

For it was always theirs alone.

Then repairs could finally be done.

To build again Gods kingdom.

Lk. 14:15-24

How blessed to be invited in.

Where there is a feast within.

Though poor and in need.

The Lord knows l need a feed.

While those that are self- satisfied

Find their hopes have finally died.

Ps. 106:1-23

Gods faithfulness lives forever.

Though we fail he does never.

Our past failures all on display.

But even then God has his way.

He rescued and he saved.

Despite how l behaved.

Prov. 7:1-2

Lord says follow my advice.

Nothing else will suffice.

2Kings. 7-8

The Lord will end the famine.

Gods word fulfilled in him.

Our hunger and our thirst.

Filled enough to burst.

As we stand to listen.

We hear of the jesus mission.

To save and restore.

Just like it was before.

You have been appointed to fulfil.

What God has told you to do.

Lk. 14:1-14

When they are watching you.

To see what you will do.

Would it really be right.

To claim healing in their sight.

But as Lord now invites me.

Just sit with him humbly.

For God does invite.

The weak in the worlds sight.

Ps. 136:13-26

When I think of all things God has done.

The victories in my past life he has won.

Nobody will ever sever

Prov. 6:32-35

His love endures forever

I will continue to acclaim.

Victory in the Lords name.

For the man who commits adultery is a fool.

For his heart God no longer does rule.

Amazing what Gods man can do

When he. totally believes in you.

Raises mothers child when dead.

In famine make sure we are fed.

Takes poison out of your stew.

Gives food surprising you

Heals when you obey.

Doing what Gods man does say.

But when see him meet the need.

Severely judge if filled with greed.

Miracles are seen all around.

Even axe head can be found.

When the enemy seems outsize

God opens the servants eyes.

Blinds the the enemy.

When in danger then sets them free

When your world in great despair.

You will see the man of God is here.

Lk. 13:18-35

What is Gods kingdom?

From seed grows the one.

Cleansed like yeast in the doe.

Righteousness then might grow

Don’t live like you did before.

Path to heaven is a narrow door

A feast can then be had.

If miss out you’ll be sad.

Lord says when he would set free

How l wanted them to follow me.

Ps. 136:1-12

Gods faithful love endures forever.

Whatever happens he did never.

Fail me in all my days.

My heart is full of praise.

His faithful love endures forever.

We will praise him all together.
