Acts:12-13

Locked in prison cell.

Pray that God repel.

Send angel to let out.

Though still full of doubt.

Now confident as the Lord led.

Word of God did start to spread.

Be still and listen.

God will send on a mission.

Where some refuse and oppose.

And turn up their nose.

While many my words do receive.

And gladly come to believe.

This is a completely new day.

No fasting as find a new way.

Jesus comes to heal.

Answering desperate appeal.

Acts 10-11

Are you prepared to receive.

All who want to now believe.

Or do you have a world view.

God excludes people, not like you.

Amazed when I do see.

When God shows me.

That he receives all.

Who answer to his call.

To believe and repent.

Searching for what it all meant.

So who am l.

To now deny.

When the Holy Spirit is given

Christ they now believe in.

Soldier to disciple. Saul to Paul

No barrier who God will call.

To forgive and to save.

High ranking or the slave.

Amazing to see.

Perhaps even me.

Mth. 9:1-13

Though crippled and defamed

Forgiveness I have claimed.

For Jesus sets me free.

To him l bow the knee.

While others do withdraw.

Caught up in the law.

Lord Jesus says I’m okay.

Despite what others say.

I am coming your way.

Come dine with me today.

Ps. 118:19-28

Open heaven gates for the good.

For they have understood.

Give thanks as climb aboard.

Salvation of the Lord.

Who was also not expected.

Nor honoured but rejected.

Now all will come to see.

And understand completely.

Come and praise his name.

In God your claim to fame.

Prov. 15:33

Humility allows to hear.

In wisdom, Lord alone to fear.

Acts 3-5

When healing is seen

People wonder what it does mean

Then we do claim.

It is in Jesus’s name.

In Jesus must put their trust.

And repent they must.

The Jesus who they rejected.

The reaction was as expected.

Some believed some saw red.

Amazing works some others said.

Will not be allowed.

But we only bowed.

To Jesus who came.

Gave us power in his name.

It may seem so odd.

Weak have power of God.

Though cause such a fuss.

You will never silence us.

We will never relent.

Give one hundred percent.

Mth. 8:10-17

When hear what God says.

Have faith in all ways.

To reach out and request.

Is not just as a test.

But for your dire need.

In the life you do lead.

For he alone you now feel.

Can miraculously heal.

Ps. 109:16-31

Though they are against me.

I need so desperately.

To be be rescued from them.

From these insolent men.

Then I see such grace.

As l do save face.

They are proved wrong.

While I am made strong.

And with loud voice.

In my God rejoice.

Prov. 15:24-26

If do what is right.

Will win the fight.

Acts 1-3

Jesus came and went

The Holy Spirit was sent.

Transformational power.

We need for this hour.

Mth. 8:1-9

Healing is Lords way.

Of showing he’s here today.

Spirit outpoured.

Lives restored.

Ps. 109:1-15

Lord l can only ask.

Those against me, take to task.

For I did them no wrong.

Yet they are against me all along.

Prov. 15:22

Listening to advice

Makes you more wise.

Sunday July 6. Union

John 6:41-69. Ruth 1:3-18

Things seem so low.

Told should not go.

Join together, as last resort

It’s when we, can be taught

Now to reach our goal.

To fully satisfy, our soul.

In Christ I will abide.

Always there by my side.

But I just don’t know.

Should I stay or should l go?

It’s then he does confide.

Remember I’m on your side.

Whatever road you undertake.

I’m with you for goodness sake

Even to a foreign land.

To hold another’s hand.

Nothing like it was before.

Your fortunes l will restore.

I already do surely know.

I have nowhere else to go.

Jere. 51-52

Though now downtrodden.

By the new and the modern.

See destruction come.

Because of what they have done.

But still heard Lord say.

We will be carted away.

To a foreign land.

At Lords command.

Look so very feeble.

As the Lords people.

Even while we are there.

Do see the Lords care.

He one day will destroy.

Those he did employ.

To reprimand me.

So I could return free.

Mth. 7:1-14

The judgement you claim.

When you do the same.

Or when feeling wise.

Others still despise.

Ask and it will be given.

To place that you live in.

Enter through narrow gate.

To confirm your own fate.

Ps. 137

While in captivity.

They still want to see me.

But how can I.

So sad want to die.

Yet still remember the day.

When you had your way.

One day you will repay.

For what they do say.

Prov. 15:15-17

Better a little

Than to be brittle.

July 3rd

Jere. 49-50

Earthly kingdoms that surround.

In Gods eyes are now found.

Guilty now see destruction.

Refused Gods instruction.

Those fugitives who cry out.

Will be left in no doubt.

That the Lord will rescue when.

The right time is for them.

Mth. 6:19-34

Treasures stored on earth.

In hope do not give birth.

Will never satisfy.

What you really desire.

To try and serve two masters.

Leads to even greater disasters.

You need not have to worry

Rush and always in a hurry.

It’s the Lord that will please.

Be confident and be at ease.

Ps. 122

Rejoice as go to Lords house.

It’s better than anything else.

For by coming to know him.

Will feel a deep peace within.

Prov. 15:10-14

Death destruction be a part.

Of the life of wicked at heart.

July 2

Jere. 45-48

Again being told.

Just like times of old.

Nations that were strong.

Have all gone wrong.

Lord will now deploy.

Enemy to destroy.

Britain and America.

The west and in Africa.

For they are mistaken.

Truth have forsaken.

Strength that has been.

No longer will be seen.

Those who stand strong.

To the Lord do belong.

Mth. 6:9-18

Father your kingdom come.

Your will on earth be done.

Give today what l need.

Forgiveness in life l lead.

That my heart within.

Won’t be tempted into sin.

For even as I forgive.

God forgives me in life l live.

And when l seek Lord and fast.

Put on a celebratory mask.

For only Lord need see.

The inner desires within me.

Ps. 110.

The Lord will have his way.

Despite what you see today.

He rules even when l see.

Surrounded by the enemy.

Even as I watch Israel.

They are lifted up on high.

His protection will not fail.

As strong are seen to die.

Gods people lifted high

Prov. 15:8-9

The Lord detests wickedness.

Loves who seek righteousness.

July 1

Jere. 41-44. Doubt

When people come to kill.

Evil intentions to fulfil.

Terror then will reign.

All will then complain.

Yet they refuse to obey.

When told be still and stay.

The Lord says do not go.

Though you will say no.

For we know where.

Are safe will have no fear.

Though you say we must.

In Lord alone you should trust.

Again you say we won’t

Destruction if you don’t.

Mth. 5:38-6:8

Those who cause you harm.

The best way to disarm.

Is to give and not to take.

Help them, for Gods sake.

So they have no doubt.

What God is all about.

Not to bring praise for you.

Honour God in what you do.

Same goes for your prayer.

Only God needs to hear.

When call out to him.

Praises above the din.

Ps. 102:18-28

When think the end has come.

Will see the Lord has still won.

When we all feel so feeble.

He hears the groans of people.

Then again he does restore.

Love and praise so much more.

Now know next generation send.

Your kingdom will never end.

Prov. 15:4-7

From the mouth should come out.

Gods purpose not worlds doubt.

June 30

Jere. 36-40

You see disaster about to unfold.

Tell what you feel God has told.

Yet there will be opposition.

Say you are in no position.

To tell us what to believe.

Angrily say you deceive.

You have not got our permission.

We will throw you into prison.

Then God will rescue you.

In spite of what they do.

Then the mighty and the small.

Come to see their own downfall.

Mth 5:21-37

It may seem too hardline.

To speak the truth on you mind.

Must remember the bible.

Is steadfast and reliable.

To water down the meaning.

Is to help those who are leaning.

Towards the deceivers way.

Ignoring what the Lord does say.

Ps. 102:12-17

Despite all of this.

Gods blessing you won’t miss.

He will rescue you.

Come and then renew.

The promise to us all.

The great and the small.

Prov. 15:3

God watches us all.
