Acts. 24-26

Must always be ready with defence

What we say to many is an offence.

Though they know it is true.

Too hard to believe in you.

As I tell my salvation story.

Giving God all the glory.

What to some seems so plain.

Others think you insane.

Mth. 11:1-9

When I see Jesus today.

What do I have to say.

He always heals gives sight.

Wonders in whole worlds sight.

Even those who feel free

Yet still live in poverty

Ps. 1

How great it is to be.

In Gods company.

Blessed from within

In this world l live in.

Compared with those without.

Full of worries and doubt.

Prov. 16:10-15

So good is our king.

He supplies our everything.

Acts 20-21

As I see Paul’s journey.

Through city land and sea.

Am l also determined too.

Seek out something new.

Despite what others say.

Trouble will come my way.

I know this is the path to take.

I’ll do anything for Christs sake.

So they cannot accuse.

Even so they abuse.

Yet even then l see.

An opportunity.

To speak what’s on my my mind.

To my fellow human kind.

Mth. 10:21-31

You will feel life a disaster.

As you follow your master.

You must never bend.

But persevere to the end.

Just as he suffered too.

So it will happen to you.

Need never be afraid.

Lord knows how you were made.

And as such.

Cares so much.

Ps. 14

When see the worldly fool.

Who thinks they are so cool.

They will never understand.

Gods purpose he has planned.

Oh that salvation would come.

Reveal it Lord to everyone.

Prov. 16:6-7.

Love and faithfulness.

The Lord will bless.

July 15

Acts 16-17

In our own travels.

It is God who unravels.

Our destiny.

We see from history.

As listen to the Lord.

And live in accord.

The direction of his Spirit.

What he says and to do it.

Though we may suppose.

No one would oppose.

The Spirit in you.

That teaches you to do.

What seems so odd.

As you follow your God.

Causes such a fuss.

Gods purpose in us.

Mth 10:1-10

Chosen to now go out.

There will be no doubt.

That God is with me.

Amongst my family.

Gods power to heal.

Amazing to feel.

That he would use me.

Gods purpose to see.

Ps. 140

Though trouble is everywhere.

My God is right here.

Mercy and justice he brings.

Even when see disastrous things

His love for world displays.

My heart so full of praise.

Prov. 16:3

Commit to the Lord what you do.

And he will always be with you.

July 14

Acts 14-15

As the word is preached.

Not all listeners are reached.

Some in Christ abide.

Others seek to divide.

Abused from unbelieving men

We have to now leave them.

Next they acclaim.

We are worthy of fame.

When we say not us.

But is only Jesus.

No need for the old law.

There is so much more.

Now all men can see.

As healing sets them free.

Mth. 9:27-38

The blind can now see.

Now Christ powerfully.

Casts those demons out

There can be no doubt.

This is a new day.

For us to show the way.

Others just will scorn.

Refuse to accept new dawn.

Ps. 133

When we are all together.

Can stand the stormy weather.

How good it is to see.

Men work in unity.

Prov. 16:2

Lord motives weigh.

Not what people say.

July13 Sunday. motivation

1 Sam 21:1-6. Hos 6:4-6. Mth 12:1-4

When my aim is to do right.

Nothings wrong in Gods sight.

In love you must heed.

When see other’s need.

Law alone does’nt suffice.

Need mercy not sacrifice.

Gods love best understood.

When his servants do good.

July 12

Acts:12-13

Locked in prison cell.

Pray that God repel.

Send angel to let out.

Though still full of doubt.

Now confident as the Lord led.

Word of God did start to spread.

Be still and listen.

God will send on a mission.

Where some refuse and oppose.

And turn up their nose.

While many my words do receive.

And gladly come to believe.

Mth. 9:14-26

This is a completely new day.

No fasting as find a new way.

Jesus comes to heal.

Answering desperate appeal.

The only thing l can do.

Is lift my eyes to you

Such disaster l do see.

All about me.

Prov. 16:1

People rule their own heart.

God decides who to set apart.

Acts 10-11

Are you prepared to receive.

All who want to now believe.

Or do you have a world view.

God excludes people, not like you.

Amazed when I do see.

When God shows me.

That he receives all.

Who answer to his call.

To believe and repent.

Searching for what it all meant.

So who am l.

To now deny.

When the Holy Spirit is given

Christ they now believe in.

Soldier to disciple. Saul to Paul

No barrier who God will call.

To forgive and to save.

High ranking or the slave.

Amazing to see.

Perhaps even me.

Mth. 9:1-13

Though crippled and defamed

Forgiveness I have claimed.

For Jesus sets me free.

To him l bow the knee.

While others do withdraw.

Caught up in the law.

Lord Jesus says I’m okay.

Despite what others say.

I am coming your way.

Come dine with me today.

Ps. 118:19-28

Open heaven gates for the good.

For they have understood.

Give thanks as climb aboard.

Salvation of the Lord.

Who was also not expected.

Nor honoured but rejected.

Now all will come to see.

And understand completely.

Come and praise his name.

In God your claim to fame.

Prov. 15:33

Humility allows to hear.

In wisdom, Lord alone to fear.

July 8

Acts 3-5

When healing is seen

People wonder what it does mean

Then we do claim.

It is in Jesus’s name.

In Jesus must put their trust.

And repent they must.

The Jesus who they rejected.

The reaction was as expected.

Some believed some saw red.

Amazing works some others said.

Will not be allowed.

But we only bowed.

To Jesus who came.

Gave us power in his name.

It may seem so odd.

Weak have power of God.

Though cause such a fuss.

You will never silence us.

We will never relent.

Give one hundred percent.

Mth. 8:10-17

When hear what God says.

Have faith in all ways.

To reach out and request.

Is not just as a test.

But for your dire need.

In the life you do lead.

For he alone you now feel.

Can miraculously heal.

Ps. 109:16-31

Though they are against me.

I need so desperately.

To be be rescued from them.

From these insolent men.

Then I see such grace.

As l do save face.

They are proved wrong.

While I am made strong.

And with loud voice.

In my God rejoice.

Prov. 15:24-26

If do what is right.

Will win the fight.

Acts 1-3

Jesus came and went

The Holy Spirit was sent.

Transformational power.

We need for this hour.

Mth. 8:1-9

Healing is Lords way.

Of showing he’s here today.

Spirit outpoured.

Lives restored.

Ps. 109:1-15

Lord l can only ask.

Those against me, take to task.

For I did them no wrong.

Yet they are against me all along.

Prov. 15:22

Listening to advice

Makes you more wise.
