1Kings 3-5. Motivation.

When come into God’s kingdom.

The victory over enemy won.

If you desire neither fame or gold.

You will see his blessings unfold.

For all that I do desire.

Is my heart to be on fire.

My life to be God’s story.

Bringing him fame and glory.

For though it’s him I seek.

I feel such a failure and weak.

Then Lord says I give you all.

you will stand among men tall.

Wisdom my Lord does give.

In the land I now live.

That I might build my temple.

To in some way God resemble.

My earthly story

For heavens glory.

Mark. 7:24-37

Though Lord in world is hidden.

And l feel rejected and forbidden.

I come to him and humbly ask.

I have this impossible task.

You are the only one.

Who could possibly overcome.

Even the deaf and the mute.

Major afflictions you can refute.

All people to amaze.

In these oppressive days.

Ps. 93

The Lord reigns on earth.

Constantly ignites new birth.

As l look only to him.

I have total confidence within

For he is much more powerful than

Any schemes that world might plan

His statutes and word stays firm.

I know as I study and learn.

Prov. 11:30-31

Fruit of righteous come from the tree of life.

While the wicked walk into a world of strife.

1 Kings 1-2. judgment

The King has anointed.

Have been appointed.

To sit on his throne.

Though others will moan.

The usurper will rise up.

Try to take the cup.

Of blessing and throne too.

That was given to you.

But Christ will restore.

What was ordained before.

The kingdom to rule.

Don’t let them fool.

Those who have shown.

Not served God alone.

They all will be cast out.

For spreading doubt.

Of what the King has done.

When the kingdom come.

Mark 7:14-23

What comes out.

Shows whether a lout.

Filled with shame.

Muddied your name.

What is outside.

Cast out and died.

We may detect.

Yet has no effect.

Ps. 88:9-18

My eyes sad for you gave.

But now l face the grave.

Once l am gone.

Not able to warn.

Please now forgive.

So l can again live.

At last bring fame.

To your holy name.

Prov. 11:27-29

There will be no doubt.

When you are found out.

Whether all is good.

Will be understood.

Hebrews. 11-13. Choice

Not sure what it’s all about?

Your faith will squash doubt.

Victory will be yours.

Amazing how it opens doors.

Future will not be so hollow.

For those who know to follow.

Who with faith in you.

Gods work on earth now do.

The struggle we are in.

Teaches how to win.

Discipline for everyone.

So we can overcome.

Victory then is ours.

As each falls down and bows.

To Christ who did suffer.

Through him our faith is tougher.

For to him we now belong.

Not weak but really strong.

As we live life pure.

This always will ensure.

We can come to him.

Who we have victory in.

Though we will be shaken.

Will never feel forsaken.

Give support for one another.

Who serving Christ do suffer.

Mark. 7:1-13

When come and criticise.

Say our faith is based on lies.

They think they are so smart.

But shows what’s in their heart.

Really is just the law.

They claim to know much more.

But l have got bad news.

See control, and abuse.

Ps. 88:1-9

Lord come now save me.

From wickedness set me free.

I have lost my strength.

Will go to any length.

For so stuck in the mire.

Need your cleansing fire.

Prov. 11:24-26

As you freely now do give.

Will see blessings as you live

Heb. 5-8 Christ alone.

Christ the high priest

For the greatest to the least.

All can come to him

To be cleansed of their sin.

No law to stand in way

Despite what people say.

For he has had the effect

Of the high priest Melchizedek

If Lord you do confess

He has the right to bless.

Because of who he is

In him my righteousness

No longer need the law

He has opened heavenly door.

Now we have seen his face

Never again fall in disgrace.

Though now totally forgiven.

Faith always daily live in.

For be not deceived

In Christ you have believed.

Nothing can stand in way

Of what the bible say.

All can come to know

From highest to the low.

Mark. 6:30-44

When Jesus is crowded out.

Can forget what he’s all about.

Says come with me here.

So get my message clear.

See this vast crowd.

Small though you endowed.

I will feed them all.

If you answer to my call.

Ps. 18:30-50

When each day I reflect.

I see my Lord is perfect.

There has never been a time.

My troubles not turned out fine.

Whenever to him I go

Blessing I come to know.

Nothing do l fear.

In his love and care.

Prov. 11:22

Rich beauty does not.

Hide disgusting rot.

Heb 1-4. discipleship.

Jesus Christ God’s Son.

More important than anyone.

Here from the beginning.

The only way of winning.

Just as he did the Father obey

Listen to everything he does say.

For though eternally renown

He to earth came down.

That we too be in glory

Part of his own story.

For he also knew pain.

Just as we will in the main.

Now above this worlds din.

We must fix our eyes on him.

He will then show the way.

Be careful not to go astray.

Love for each other we extend.

That all are faithful to the end.

So when we overcome the test.

We then will have a sabbath rest.

For alive and active is Gods word.

Always there can be heard.

Sharper than a double edge sword.

So we can fight in one accord.

With our high priest who so cares.

In our weakness and our fears.

Mark 6:14-29

When others see life you led.

Now seem raised from the dead.

Confused they refuse to obey.

Yet love what you have to say.

Afraid they still shut you down.

Because they feel honour bound.

Ps. 18:1-29

I love you Lord my strength.

For you go to any length.

To release and untangle

When sin my faith strangle.

I called to Lord please save.

World trembled as he gave.

Parted heaven and came down.

Rescued me when about to drown.

Amazed I now do see.

He does delight in me.

Righteous now I obey.

Determined not to go astray.

Turn my darkness into light.

So I can now, win the fight.

Prov. 11-19-21

Righteous attain life

Wicket only strife.
