1Chron. 1-2

Each produce life.

As husband and wife.

For each child to do the same.

All over again.

Each to have a life of own.

Then they are no longer known.

But they have left behind.

Something of their own kind.

That will change the scene.

From where they have been.

A new world where people say.

Your time is past this is our day.

John. 7:45-53

Those sons born from those before

When change come try to ignore.

New things Gods doing now.

Refusing to Christ bow.

Saying look where that came from.

Inheritance killed their freedom.

Impossible to have believed

Say that we have been deceived

Ps. 9.

I will give thanks with all my heart.

You have been with me from start.

Though others all fall away.

I will listen to what you say.

You Lord are always here.

Showing compassion as you care.

For this world I live in.

Though I’m in fear so often.

That all that l have inherited.

Has now been forfeited.

What once would be so strange.

You will bring to make change.

Prov. 24:30-34

If work hard at what you do.

Will see blessings come to you.

Oct. 27

1 John 3;11-5:21

Brothers who show love.

Are children like God above.

Those full of hate will.

The spirit in others kill.

To give as Christ gave.

Is how we should behave.

As our hearts do not condemn.

With confidence we can then.

When our purpose are in accord.

Ask, and will be given by the Lord.

But a life that now denies.

The power in Christs sacrifice.

Is not at all from him.

Shows he does not live within.

No longer to fear God above.

For God is all about love.

In fact by all that we do.

Shows how much we love God too.

It is the Spirit who testifies.

In water and blood truth lies.

So now we have this confidence.

All our doubts now in silence.

As we approach Gods throne.

We are no longer all alone.

Lastly what l would say.

Those who will win today.

Have put all idols away

John. 7:25-44

A decision has to be made.

Is this what God okayed.

Or is it someone else who.

I should now go to?

But I love what they display.

And everything they say.

For of all men.

l see Christ in them.

As they put Christ first.

He will quench my thirst.

Others my Lord will seize.

Him only will l please.

Ps. 104:27-35

At the end of the day.

I just have to say.

It is God alone who brings.

All these good things.

Praise the Lord oh my soul.

He blesses and makes me whole.

Prov. 24:29

In doing them no harm.

Their evil thoughts you disarm.

Oct. 26 Sunday

Num. 9:15-23

When saw the Lords cloud.

Knew I was now allowed.

To be totally free

For he was with me.

I just had to follow him.

In each situation I’m in.

Our guide and our expert.

In the life through the desert.

With the Spirit endowed.

We followed that cloud.

Then it became the case

I need of a restful place.

Before we again moved on.

From where we’d come from.

Exd. 12:15.

I climbed that great hill.

Gods word to instil.

Mth. 17:1-8

Up the mountain I climb.

Knowing with Jesus I’m just fine.

Found there the Jesus l had known.

Was greater than he’d ever shown.

From a cloud from above.

Father spoke of his great love.

Through Jesus l now see.

The whole of eternity.

Acts. 9:1-11

That cloud again I did see.

God shrouded in mystery.

As Jesus left us behind.

For his Holy Spirit to mind

As we follow him.

In the journey we are in.

1 John. 1-3:10

Listen to what I say

Love done in obedience.

Shows in every way.

I believe only in him.

That I know I’m his child.

Who his Spirit lives in.

Though I’m a sinner too.

I now have an advocate.

Who says God loves you.

In love now I will obey.

Seek to follow Christ.

Serve him in every way.

Children, young and fathers too.

How special is each one.

As they see God all anew.

In the world they live in.

Living life to the full

With all that they are given.

Just don’t be led astray.

If others actions deny.

What Gods word does say.

John. 7:14-24

Suddenly the Lord was here.

Amazing all his knowledge.

Challenges our main fear.

Those rules others give you.

Have now been overridden.

For grace is now God’s view.

The law that we need to follow.

Is faith in Christ alone.

Those old laws just a shadow.

Life lived no longer in fear.

Of breaking some old law

Hallelujah Christ is here.

Ps. 104:19-26

When I look all around.

This is what l’ve found.

The whole world is bound.

Together with you and me.

Reveals for us to see.

God works amazingly.

Prov. 24:28

Careful of who criticise.

Distorting the truth.

With deliberate lies.

Ezra. 9-10

The saints are all appalled.

When Gods blessing is stalled.

Because of the rampant sin.

That we are all in.

It causes such distress.

We are forced to confess.

Then we heard God say.

You have to walk away.

From all the enemy does.

God wants to so bless us.

So I now finally agree.

I must walk separately.

John 7:1-13

Why does Jesus not go there.

To show his concern and care.

Says it’s not yet his time.

To confront and make fall in line.

But secretly he came.

People knew of his fame.

Some liked who he was.

Most refused to pay the cost.

But all were the same.

Glad that he came.

Ps. 104:1-18

Praise the Lord oh my soul.

As the world answers his call.

All things do obey.

Whatever he does say.

It is amazing to see.

What he does for me.

Prov. 24:26-27

Be honest in all you do.

Then see God will bless you.

Ezra. 6-8

When enquiry is made of the king.

Who rules over everything.

It is amazing to see.

What he does for me.

To support and to give.

That faith in God might live.

What seemed an impossible ask.

Supplied for that very task.

Even my enemy did support.

Their opposition came to naught.

Communion again made us glad.

For was a long time since we had.

It caused such a big fuss.

The hand of the Lord was on us.

Even the secular people

Gave so that we could meet all.

Requirements of the Lord.

Our reputation now secured.

Amoung the rulers of the day.

So our journey would be okay.

Praise to the God of heaven.

Who we know we can lean on.

As many are now set apart.

As we make a brand new start.

John. 6:52-71

It is so hard to believe.

What Jesus would conceive.

It is only as we feed on him.

That we can really win.

Many will come to say.

We don’t see it that way.

But I am as sure as can be.

He is the Lord of eternity.

Ps. 114

When I left behind slavery.

Amazed what Lord did for me.

The whole world now saw.

My journey could not ignore.

Whatever l had now to face.

God of creation was in that place.

Prov. 24:23-25

Be careful when you judge.

Wrongdoing do not fudge.

Ezra. 3-5 Jesus alone

As Gods purposes are fulfilled.

See opposition to what we build.

It just goes on for ever.

Seems that we will never.

Finish our house of the Lord.

Locals don’t like being ignored.

Demand that we right now.

To the law you should bow.

What you are doing will disturb.

Your desire to build you must curb

Would become a disturbing story.

Because of your previous history.

Must stop right now because.

Of the rebellion it may cause.

John. 6:35-51

When Jesus says I am the bread.

On me alone you can be fed.

He calls he and does exhort.

You don’t need other support

You continue to sit and moan.

When you should rely on me alone

I came down to show Gods love.

Descended like mana from above

Ps. 127.

Unless it is the Lord that builds.

And it is him alone who fulfilleds.

All that we strive to do.

Only with him can he help you.

Prov. 24: 19-22

Have no fear of anyone

Look alone to Gods Son.

Ezra. 1-2

Maybe now is Gods time.

He says all that are mine.

Can bring all that’s been given.

Back to glory in heaven.

All the world will then see.

How God has blessed me.

John. 6:25-34

So often we focus on.

Blessings that came from.

Living in accord.

The edicts of the Lord.

Instead of just him.

The hunger from within.

Not just present strife.

But the bread that gives life.

Ps. 98.

Sing to the Lord a new song.

For we know to whom we belong.

Shout to the Lord all the earth.

For he has given new birth.

Make music to him.

Who blesses in heaven.

The time is right now.

As before my King l bow.

Prov. 24:15-28

Do not thieve from the righteous.

Or scorn those not the brightest.

Zeph:1-3

The whole world is corrupted.

The arrogant life is interrupted.

When God comes to judge.

Those who truth now fudge.

For the day of Lord is near.

Judgement for those who don’t fear.

The glory of the Lord who created.

They are now separated.

From the God they did follow.

Their worship just hollow.

Their disaster will become.

Apparent to everyone.

But there will be some left.

Who the Lord has blessed.

Dispite all the oppression.

From those ruling your nation.

So obvious now to see.

How all so desperately.

Have lost all hope.

Can no longer cope.

But it is then that the Lord.

Came down and restored.

All that you once had.

Your heart will be so glad.

As God overcomes.

The evil ones.

John. 6:1-24

In a desolate place.

Realise we have to face.

There is no food to eat.

Lord how can we now meet.

The needs of the people

What we have is so feeble.

There seemed just no way.

That we could feed them today.

But then we heard what he said.

Amazingly we were then fed.

Then off in our old boat.

On calm sea confidently float.

When suddenly tossed by a storm.

Now desperate and so forlorn.

When Jesus came walking out.

Our hearts full of doubt.

Can it really be him.

Walking on water our boat floats in

He said don’t be so afraid.

Then our destination was made

Others alone on the shore.

Came looking for more.

Ps. 85

Lord show favour we pray.

Help us not to fade away.

As we listen to what you say.

On this so worrying a day.

Show us your unfailing love.

Send your Spirit like a dove.

Give your peace from above.

All our doubts give a shove.

Prov. 24:11-14

Lord while I stagger.

The unrighteous swagger.

Does not feel at all funny.

Lead us to sweet honey.

Oct. 19. Sunday

Exd. 20:1-17 honour and obey

He is the Lord who brought me out.

Of slavery there is no doubt.

He asks that I now honour him.

In this world we are now in.

In all the ways we now live.

He will then bless and give.

Mth 5:1-12

Yet Jesus says we are most blessed.

When we in this world are stressed

Totally reliant and never to moan.

Always seeking to bless him alone.

Just remember the day will come.

When you will live in his kingdom.
