Mathew 13:24-51

vs 24

Gods good seed was first sown.

Then satan’s weeds became known.

This caused some doubt.

Should the whole be thrown out.

The Lord says far better ignored.

Could kill what I restored.

Wait until the harvest time.

Then I’ll claim what is mine.

vs 31

Remember from small beginnings

Grow such large amazing things.

Heavens kingdom on earth

From such a small seed at birth.

vs 33

Another story was then told.

How a small ingredient could hold.

Influence over the whole.

Your body, spirit and soul.

Left a nation to lead

Asked what was his need

Not power or might

Need wisdom in God’s sight

Lord that I might honour you

In everything I do

That this temple of mine

Might be to the world a sign

Of Gods power and glory

In my whole life story

That others might bow the knee

And marvel at what they see

Honour riches wisdom from you

In everything that I shall do.

Like. 14 invitation

When the Lord does invite

To share his insight

Am I too busy to go?

Or to share in what I know

Say that I am not able

To sit with him at his table

Busy rushing doing

No time for renewing

Sadly I miss the meal

Which is the main deal

You made and created me

Especially for this world I see

May I always your word follow

Our fellowship not be hollow

You discipline I know is fair

Shows your love and care.

A person who strays from common sense will end up in the company of the dead.
