Daniel. 3-4

Building edifice to self

so world sees their wealth.

If l should not do

and give honour due.

Cause so much ire

are thrown into fire.

God can rescue me.

Amazing to see.

Glory to his name

honour and acclaim.

It is he who is king

with power over everything.

God will now show

that all may know

it his alone to call

who will rise up or fall.

Humbled now depends on

the God you can rely on.

Lk. 22:39-46

When life full of cares

only answer is prayers.

While l sleep and delay

Lord desperately will pray.

For he says for I fear

temptation is near.

Only for all you

Not effect what l do.

Ps. 130

From depths of dispair

l cry out in fear.

To live in accord

with my saviour and Lord.

That he will forgive

so l can again live.

Know his great love

come down like a dove.

Love amends sorrow.
